FC Taraba this Sunday.

Hello Everyone,
I promised myself il drop a line here everyday for our fans but it’s been busy busy. Oluwa will help me get consistent on this.

We welcome the boys from Taraba tomorrow. The League is taking shape and every point counts. You can be forgiven for dropping silly points at home in the First Half *ahem De Baraje* but not now where any of the top ten clubs have a chance to win the league and get the continental tickets.

A solid performance will guarantee us the 3points and honestly I don’t see the boys from Taraba getting anything, anything at all from this one. I would however preach caution! Caution, Giwa anyone? Somehow I have great confidence in The gaffer but I was shocked we conceded 3 against Warriors on Sunday. It’s a derby of course but like Femi Thomas asked, when was the last time he conceded 3 goals in a match?

Uwadiegwu and Nzube have been our best players so far and of course not forgetting Mfon who now has 10 goals this season. The three should start, they didn’t play in midweek and of course they should all know that a continental ticket is compulsory. Even If there’s only one continental ticket then we are the ones who should have it.

It’s our first Sunday game at home in a while and I’m expecting a full house. I’m not sure of what the situation in the camp is in terms of injuries but my preferred 11 is – Paul, Bright, Uche, Chinedu, Ugwu, Rasheed, Razak, Nzube, Andrew, Chinonso, Mfon.

Prediction: Enyimba 3-0 FC Taraba

Enyimba Enyi.

Our little brothers are in Kano against Pillars. They should keep up with their ‘draw-playing’ score lines and all will be happy.

See you Monday.
